Hai mai camminato nella costa più antica d'Italia?.. 570 milioni di anni... si è questa l'età, quando i dinosauri non erano ancora comparsi ed il mare era ricco di vita.   Fossili, come i trilobiti, hanno permesso di datare queste rocce dell'Iglesiente, territorio definito come un "isola nell'isola",  grazie all'insieme degli elementi geologici, naturali e storici, lo rendono unico rispetto al resto dell'Isola sarda.   Il patrimonio minerario contraddistingue questo territorio, la sua storia e il suo sviluppo economico è strettamente legato alla nascita delle miniere.   Città e villaggi devono la loro nascita e crescita alla produzione mineraria, i più isolati, sono oggi abbandonati, con la nostra presenza riscopriremo la loro storia e li renderemo meno soli.   Oltre alle miniere il Sulcis ha grandi valori enogastronomici e ambientali, come il famoso vitigno Carignano, i pesce della laguna di Sant'Antioco e le carni e i formaggi locali.   Potrai raggiungere questi luoghi e visitare questi luoghi e il Sulcis a piedi  con una guida escursionistica regolarmente iscritta all'albo regionale o in bici con l'accompagnatore cicloturistico sportivo della regione Sardegna.

Es handelt sich um ein Gebiet das dank seiner geologischen, natürlichen und historischen Elemente als "Insel auf der Insel" definiert wird. Die Region des Sulcis ist somit einzigartig auf ganz Sardinien.

 

Geprägt wurde die Geschichte und wirtschaftliche Entwicklung vom Bergbau der hier betrieben wurde. Dank der Arbeit in den Minen entstanden Städte und Dörfer. Einige von ihnen, die abgeschiedensten, sind heutzutage verlassen.

 

Auf unseren Touren werden wir ihre Geschichte wiederentdecken und die verlassenen Orte mit unserer Anwesenheit weniger allein lassen.
